CookLens is an AI-powered mobile application that generates personalized recipes based on photos of your available ingredients. The service uses artificial intelligence to identify ingredients and suggest recipes tailored to your preferences.

User Accounts

To use certain features of CookLens, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscriptions and Payments

CookLens offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

User Content

By uploading photos to CookLens, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and analyze your content for the purpose of providing our service. You retain all ownership rights to your original photos.

CookLens and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cyberseeds and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Generated recipes may be freely used for personal purposes.

Disclaimer

CookLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated recipes will be accurate or suitable for your dietary needs
• Ingredient recognition will always be correct
• The service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyberseeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
